A desire to lead a more healthful, balanced and rewarding life personally drew Georgina to naturopathy, along with a deep love of nature and a strong belief in self-empowerment to make positive change. With an emphasis on food as medicine, using healing extracts from plants and introducing beneficial lifestyle choices, she equips individuals with knowledge and tools to progress their journeys towards greater health and wellness.

For ten years now, Georgina has worked independently and alongside other practitioners, assisting people of all ages with thyroid disorders, stress and fatigue, insomnia, anxiety, depression, high cholesterol, insulin resistance, asthma, allergies, food intolerances and immune dysregulation, skin irritations, digestive troubles, shingles, nerve pain, arthritis, behavioural issues, endometriosis, fertility and pre-conception care,
menopause, menstrual irregularities, urinary complaints, pain & much more.

SERVICES & APPROACH
Naturopathy is complementary medicine, founded upon “nature cure”.  It recognises that health and
wellbeing are inter-dependent upon our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual environments. It
acknowledges that each of us has an inherent healing ability, enhanced by working with nature to restore balance.

This holistic approach utilises many tools to build a big picture perspective of what’s going on. Detailed
questioning, physical assessments, dietary and lifestyle analysis identify various imbalances and patterns, providing a clearer understanding of the underlying cause of disease or illness. Mutually acceptable treatment plans are then developed, incorporating dietary and lifestyle modifications, herbal medicines, nutritional supplements and/or flower essences. Potential interactions with existing medications or treatments are always considered, ensuring a safe and effective approach to healing.
