Nicole is a remedial massage therapist who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives through massage, Yoga and living a healthy lifestyle. She truly believes in the body's innate ability to heal itself when it is offered the right support physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. She has an integrative and intuitive approach to her treatments, listening to the client and what their body really needs.
Nicole will take the time to understand what the client requires with an initial consultation and then uses treatments such as myofascial release, positional release, trigger point therapy, muscle energy, sports, deep tissue and relaxation massage to assist in bringing the body back into balance and promote the natural process for healing and repair.
Her style of treatment is slower paced. Working with the soft tissues of the body, this helps to reset the nervous system, relieve pain, headaches, shoulder, back and neck tension associated with the regular stresses of life.
Nicole has transitioned from a 12 year career in the travel industry where she was fortunate to travel to many different corners of the globe. Her favourite destinations are all rich in cultural history. As with any experiences in life, travel has contributed to much of her own self enquiry and healing.
Moving back to Adelaide after a 14 year hiatus has led her on a path to deeply explore her fascination with traditional healing and passions in wellness. She completed a 200hr Yoga teacher training in 2017, followed by Remedial Massage Therapy diploma in 2019, Level 1 Reiki and 40hr Yin Yoga training in 2020.
Nicole is a member of Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). In her own time, she enjoys being creative, cooking, spending time with family, friends, hiking and being a tourist in her home state.
