Nicole is a remedial massage therapist who enjoys making a difference in people’s lives through massage, yoga, and leading a healthy lifestyle. She truly believes in the body's innate ability to heal itself when it is offered the right support physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. She has an integrative and intuitive approach to her treatments, listening to the client and what their body needs.

She will take the time to understand what the client requires with an initial consultation and then uses techniques such as myofascial release, positional release, trigger point therapy, reiki, craniosacral, deep tissue and relaxation massage. Her style is slower paced, with most treatments incorporating an element of relaxation. Working with the soft tissue in this way helps to reset the nervous system, assisting the body’s natural desire to be in homeostasis. The additional techniques help to address more acute symptoms, relieve pain, headaches, back and neck tension, associated with the regular stressors of life and injury.

This slower pace is influenced by Nicole’s passions in mental health, the body-mind, and the heart-mind connections. She continues her studies in Craniosacral Therapy, a Bachelor of Psychology (Cognitive Neuroscience), and Yoga, to deepen her understanding on how bodywork, energy work and movement, can benefit the healing process. Not only from physical symptoms or injury, but from chronic illness, immune health, anxiety, PTSD and so much more.

After a 14 year hiatus in Sydney, a gut feeling guided her back to Adelaide and onto this new journey into wellness. Nicole transitioned from a 12 year career in the travel industry in 2020, where she was fortunate to have traveled to many different corners of the globe. Like many of life’s journeys, these rich experiences in culture and history have contributed to much of her own self enquiry.

Inspired by her travels and fascination in traditional healing, she completed a 200hr Yoga teacher training in 2017, followed by a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in 2019, Level 1 Reiki, and 40hr Yin Yoga teacher training in 2020.

In her own time, she enjoys being creative, cooking, spending time with family, friends, hiking and exploring her home state.
