Holly is a Remedial Massage Therapist and Yoga Teacher proudly serving the community here on the incredible Fleurieu. Holly is passionate about holistic health and will take the time to understand not only the symptom (pain) but what may be causing it and why, She prides herself on listening to what you need and delivering a treatment specific to that.  

Within a treatment she will incorporate remedial, sports, trigger point therapy, deep tissue and relaxation techniques, believing in treating the acute pain while also resetting the nervous system and increasing mobility. By giving you stretches and exercises to take away Holly will encourage you to actively participate in your health journey.

 

Experiencing and continuing her own journey back to health after a very unhealthy and overweight start to adulthood, Holly knows that vibrant health is possible and feels incredibly lucky to be a part of that journey for her clients now. Working together to achieve your goals for how you would like to feel within your body so you can enjoy doing more of what you love. 

 

After completing her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2017 she wanted to dive even further into helping clients understand their body and how to work towards optimal health. Having received massage through her yoga teacher training and first pregnancy she was blown away by the incredible benefits and became passionate about the modality, completing her diploma of Remedial Massage early 2021. Finishing off her training with that innate feeling of “this is what I’m meant to be doing”

 

Throw in a second baby and a stint living in the desert, Holly and her young family have now settled back into Port Willunga and into the community here. Enjoying every bit of the lifestyle that comes with it; delicious coffees, beach dwelling, nature hiking, food foraging, belly laughing with loved ones and raising her beautiful daughters. 

Holly brings her calm nature, sarcastic sense of humour, honesty and dedication into the clinic.
