His approach is grounded in hands-on treatment, physical recovery and a strong personal background in meditation and Buddhism from his home country of Tibet. Tashi Dhundup has worked alongside leading physiotherapists in Adelaide and brings a practical, treatment-focused approach to treatments.


Tashi offers traditional East-West and Tibetan cupping, a unique and speciliased cupping approach. He is also a qualified and experienced remedial and sports therapist, Gua Sha therapist and neuromuscular dry needling therapist.


Tashi’s background is unique. He migrated to Australia in 2005 after leaving Tibet in 1997 and living in exile in Northern India for eight years. For 11 years, he was a practising Tibetan monk before fleeing on foot across the Himalayas to India.


He began his massage career as a therapist in India, then completed his Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy in Adelaide, graduating from Endeavour College of Natural Health. He is a member of the Massage and Myotherapy Association of Australia.
