Coastal Women's Retreat - Middleton SA

This retreat offers a small group of women (5-10) an opportunity to slow down, tune in, relax and recharge at Middleton SA. Activities will include a range of wellness activities, nature journalling, art therapy, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, basket weaving and nature connection. An essential oil roller workshop with Louise Gutsche is also included. Nutritious food provided. Massage is an optional extra. BYO breakfasts.

This retreat coincides with the peak whale watching season.
